1. Using This Website

By browsing or ordering from laflourish.com you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. Product Information

We photograph every product ourselves and describe fabric, work and origin as accurately as we can. Handloom products carry small irregularities in weave and dye. These are a feature of handmade work, not defects. Colours may appear slightly different across screens.

3. Pricing

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but a confirmed order is honoured at the price shown when you placed it. If a price is listed in obvious error, we will contact you before processing.

4. Order Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we confirm the order by phone, SMS or email. We may decline an order if stock has run out, the delivery address is outside our courier network, or previous orders from the same customer were repeatedly refused at delivery.

5. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery, mobile payment through bKash, Nagad and Rocket, and card payment. Online payments are processed by our payment gateway partner. Ownership of the goods passes to you once payment is received in full.

6. Delivery

Delivery timelines on our Delivery Information page are estimates, not guarantees. Courier delays caused by weather, strikes, holidays or events outside our control are not our liability, though we will always help you track a delayed parcel.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel free of charge before dispatch. After dispatch, the courier charge may apply. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if the item turns out to be unavailable.

9. Reviews and Customer Photos

By submitting a review or a photo you confirm it is your own honest experience, and you give us permission to show it on our website and social media with your first name. We may remove reviews that contain abusive language, false claims or other people's copyrighted images.

10. Intellectual Property

All photographs, text, the La Flourish name and the logo on this site belong to La Flourish. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission.

11. Customer Responsibility

Please give a correct address and a reachable phone number, be available to receive the parcel, and check it at the point of delivery. Reporting problems within the stated window lets us help you properly.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
