Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation on working days. Our team calls or sends an SMS to confirm every order before it is dispatched. Orders placed on a Friday or a public holiday are processed on the next working day.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available across Bangladesh. You pay the courier when the parcel reaches you. For high value orders we may request a partial advance, and our team will explain this on the confirmation call.
Changing Your Address
Address changes are possible while the order is still being processed. Once the parcel has been handed to the courier the address is locked by the courier system. Contact us as early as possible if something needs to change.
Failed Delivery
Our courier partner attempts delivery up to three times and calls the number on the order each time. If the parcel cannot be delivered because the phone is unreachable or the address is incorrect, it returns to us. Repeat failed Cash on Delivery orders may require advance payment on future purchases.
Holiday Delays
During Eid, Pohela Boishakh and other peak periods, courier networks slow down nationwide. We post expected delays on our Facebook and Instagram pages at those times.
